Hey, I’m Lexy, founder and proud sauna mama-to-be 🐣 (baby arriving July!) and I’m looking for 2 to 3 brilliant, reliable humans to join me here at Black Swan Sauna. This is a new venture and up until now, I’ve been running everything solo! With a baby on the way, I’m looking for reliable and like-minded individuals to keep things flowing with care and consistency while I take some time to step back from mid-May.

🧘🏽‍♀️ The role

You'll be the welcoming face of Black Swan Sauna, greeting guests, holding the vibe, lighting the stove, keeping the fire hot, carrying wood and water, cleaning the space between sessions and making sure guests feel safe, relaxed and looked after.
It’s part hospitality, part outdoor work, part soulful hosting.

📍 Location

Glove Factory Studios, Holt, Wiltshire
Just 4 miles from Bradford-on-Avon and Melksham, 15 mins from Corsham, 9 miles from Bath.

🕰 Shift time

​

Fridays: 1.15pm to 8.15pm
Saturdays and Sundays: 8.15am to 6.15pm
I’m currently open weekends, but plan to expand to mid-week evenings. Let me know your availability including mid-week if that suits you.

​

Minimum commitment 3 shifts per month. I’m ideally looking for people who can begin picking up shifts from mid-May once training is completed.

I’m looking for
 

•  2–3 reliable folks to rotate shifts (no, you don’t have to work every weekend!)

• Long-term team members, not a summer job

• A love for people, warm, friendly energy with strong professionalism

• Interest in nature, wellbeing, sauna culture

• Comfortable outdoors in all weather (we do have a cosy internal space too)

• Detail-oriented and self-sufficient

• Early risers (weekend 8am starts)

• Ideally first-aid trained (or willing to be trained)

• Bonus if you’re confident with tech or social media

• 18+ in age

💸 Pay

Self-employed
£12.50 to £15 per hour, depending on experience
