Ideally, arrive with your swimwear on, but we do have a shared shepherd's hut changing room.

TWO TOWELS
One to sit on in the sauna and one to dry off with.

SAUNA HAT
A natural wool sauna hat slows down how quickly the hot air affects your head, allowing your body to heat up more evenly helping you enjoy longer, more comfortable sauna sessions.

SUITABLE FOOTWEAR
Flip flops, crocs or sandals are recommended to rest and cool down in between your sauna sessions as well as for easy changing.

CHANGING ROBE
For quick, easy changing before and after your sauna, changing robes, dry robes or similar are recommended.
